First of all, there are more than one name here. Which one is to be taken as a start point? Second, it is not evident from the very begining that this line is a declaration because some parameters are identified with names while others are presented only by types. One of the idiotic points of C is the absense of simple key words as function, pointer. That is why declarations become so artificial.
