32-bit microcontrollers
provide advanced features
Based on an ARM7TDMI core, the 32-bit ML675001,
ML67Q5002/5003 microcontrollers operate at up to
60 MHz and offer internal unified cache, a
two-channel DMA controller, and a 16-bit
dual-stage watchdog timer. Other features include
four 10-bit A/D converters and 32 Kbytes of
high-speed SRAM, as well as SIO, UART, USART, and
I2C interfaces. Additionally, the
ML67Q5002 includes 256 Kbytes of flash, while the
ML67Q5003 includes 512 Kbytes of flash. The
devices operate from –40° to 85°C
and come in 144-pin LQFPs and LFBGAs. (From less
than $5 ea/100,000--samples available now.)
