The following are the performance monitoring technologies.

Technology Description

Event Tracing Defines, records, and tracks activities called events. An event represents any discrete activity that is of interest, especially with respect to performance.

Performance Data Captures and analyzes performance data. This is used to increase system and application performance.

Process Status Helper Provides an easy interface to process information which is also stored in the performance registry.

System Monitor Automation Interface Collects and displays real-time data about memory, disk, and processor usage.

Tool Help Library Provides information about processes, threads, modules, and heaps.
